Farming and Site Maintenance Team Member
The primary objective of the Farming and Site Maintenance Employee is to support the successful operation and upkeep of Grow Ohio Valley’s farm sites by assisting with seasonal crop production, general site maintenance, and farm infrastructure projects. This role helps ensure that farm spaces are productive, safe, and well-maintained to support GrowOV’s mission of expanding access to healthy, local food and building a resilient local food system.

Wheeling Food Hub Manager
The WFH manager will oversee the operation of the Wheeling Food Hub (WFH), greatly advancing Grow Ohio Valley’s larger mission and work growing the Ohio Valley’s local food system. The WFH Manager ensures that the WFH meets its mission of assisting food entrepreneurs in starting, growing and sustaining their local food businesses . This position reports to the Director of Operation who heads the WFH steering committee which supports this project. This is a full-time salaried position with occasional nights and weekends required. Paid time off and health insurance benefits included in the compensation package. Must be willing to complete required job-related certifications within 6 months of being hired.
The successful candidate has a background in food service, and is a detail oriented problem-solver and coordinator. Knowledge of specialty food processing is a plus.
