Incubator Program Manager
The Incubator Farm Manager is responsible for leading the development, launch, and ongoing management of Grow Ohio Valley’s Incubator Farm Program, an initiative designed to nurture small and emerging farm businesses in the Upper Ohio Valley. The Manager will oversee site operations, farmer training, production planning, infrastructure maintenance, and coordination between incubator farmers and GrowOV’s sales outlets (CSA, FARMacy, and Public Market). This position plays a critical role in expanding regional food production, reducing barriers for aspiring farmers, and strengthening the local food economy.
The ideal candidate has experience managing agriculture business, a strong understanding of organic and regenerative farming practices, and metric tracking and grant reporting.

Wheeling Food Hub Manager
The WFH manager will oversee the operation of the Wheeling Food Hub (WFH), greatly advancing Grow Ohio Valley’s larger mission and work growing the Ohio Valley’s local food system. The WFH Manager ensures that the WFH meets its mission of assisting food entrepreneurs in starting, growing and sustaining their local food businesses . This position reports to the Director of Operation who heads the WFH steering committee which supports this project. This is a full-time salaried position with occasional nights and weekends required. Paid time off and health insurance benefits included in the compensation package. Must be willing to complete required job-related certifications within 6 months of being hired.
The successful candidate has a background in food service, and is a detail oriented problem-solver and coordinator. Knowledge of specialty food processing is a plus.
