AmeriCorps Program Director
The AmeriCorps Program Director is responsible for maintaining federal compliance and administering the AmeriCorps program. They recruit and onboard members, conduct performance evaluations, submit financial reports, and grant applications.
Backyard Gardener Coordinator
The Backyard Gardener Coordinator facilitates around 30 households’ participation in Grow Ohio Valley’s yearly Backyard Gardener Program. The program provides households with support in successfully developing their at-home garden, providing tools and supplies, seeds and transplants, gardening workshops, and general gardening support.

Wheeling Food Hub Manager
The WFH manager will oversee the operation of the Wheeling Food Hub (WFH), greatly advancing Grow Ohio Valley’s larger mission and work growing the Ohio Valley’s local food system. The WFH Manager ensures that the WFH meets its mission of assisting food entrepreneurs in starting, growing and sustaining their local food businesses . This position reports to the Director of Operation who heads the WFH steering committee which supports this project. This is a full-time salaried position with occasional nights and weekends required. Paid time off and health insurance benefits included in the compensation package. Must be willing to complete required job-related certifications within 6 months of being hired.
The successful candidate has a background in food service, and is a detail oriented problem-solver and coordinator. Knowledge of specialty food processing is a plus.
